Roxboro police arrested Tommy Cox Weaver, 26, of 2225 Mt. Harmony Church Rd. in Rougemont Tuesday after the Person County Grand Jury handed down a host of indictments against him.

Weaver, who was taken into custody at 1700 Sunset Dr., is charged with 13 felony counts each of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to Weaver’s arrest report, an agent with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation presented evidence in the case this week to the Grand Jury.

Weaver was jailed under a $100,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Person County Superior Court on Feb. 11.

Vicente Valentin, 51, of 1543 Pine Ridge Dr. was arrested by Roxboro police Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree sexual offense.

Valentin’s arrest came after an indictment was issued by the Person County Grand Jury.

Valentin was jailed under a $20,000 secured bond, pending a Feb. 11 appearance in superior court.
