Van Tyrell Burton, 20, of 108 Front St. was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Monday on felony counts of breaking and entering, larceny and conspiracy.

The incident that led to Burton’s arrest reportedly took place on April 8.

Burton was held under a $10,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in district court on April 8.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justine Marie Trusdell, 45, of 263 Deer Creek Lane in Timberlake Friday on a felony charge of embezzlement.

Warrant’s for Trusdell’s arrest were issued on March 4. The incidents that led to the issuance of the warrant reportedly took place between March 1 and Oct. 22 of last year.

Trusdell was released from custody under a $5,000 secured bond, pending an April 8 appearance in district court.

Douglas Adams Wrenn, 23, of 551 Reuben Allen Rd. was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Saturday on a host of fraud-related charges.

Wrenn was charged with seven felony counts each of obtaining property by false pretense and uttering a forged instrument. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of larceny.

Wrenn was held under a $1,500 secured bond. He is slated to appear in district court on April 15.
