Deputies with the Person County Sheriff’s Department arrested Jasmine Lewis Burton, 21, of 143 Cleveland Lane Tuesday on felony charges of breaking and entering, larceny and conspiracy.
Warrants for Burton’s arrest were issued on March 10. The incident that led to his arrest reportedly took place on Jan. 23.

Burton was held under a $25,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Person County District Court on April 8.

Michael Joseph Christiansen, 21, of Stem was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Tuesday on felony charges of breaking and entering and larceny and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear in court on a prior charge.

The incident that led to the felony charges against Christiansen reportedly took place on March 10. The misdemeanor warrant for his arrest was issued on March 6.

Christiansen was held under a $2,000 secured bond on the felony charges and a $2,000 unsecured bond on the misdemeanor charge. He is slated to appear in district court on April 1 and April 3.

Ashley Ann Bowman, 21, of Boydton, Va. was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Tuesday on a felony count of financial card fraud.

The incidents that led to Bowman’s arrest reportedly took place between Dec. 30 and Jan. 7.

Bowman was released after posting a $5,000 secured bond. She is scheduled to appear in district court on May 27.
