Deputies with the Person County Sheriff’s Department arrested William Clarence Moody, 28, of 1561 Polk Huff Rd. Saturday on felony charges of forgery of an instrument, uttering a forged instrument, breaking and entering and larceny, as well as a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The incidents that led to Moody’s arrest reportedly took place April 10-11.

Moody was jailed under a $50,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Person County District Court on June 11.

Jason Brandon Wilkerson, 30, of 2031 Mill Hill Rd. was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Saturday on felony charges of breaking and entering and larceny.

The incident that led to Wilkerson’s arrest reportedly took place on May 23.

Wilkerson was held under a $20,000 secured bond. He is slated to appear in district court on June 24.
