Roxboro police arrested Jennifer Lynn Dugger, 28, of 1381 Dirgie Mine Rd. Sunday on a felony fugitive warrant from Indiana.
A warrant for Dugger’s arrest on a felony charge of theft and conversion was reportedly issued recently in Columbus, Ind.

Dugger was held in custody without privilege of bond while awaiting extradition to Indiana.

Dontavious Jarrod Bowman, 18, of 96 Shady Hill Circle was arrested by Roxboro police last Thursday on felony charges of breaking and entering, larceny and conspiracy.

Warrants for Bowman’s arrest were issued on July 16.

Bowman was released under a $7,500 unsecured bond, pending an Aug. 19 appearance in Person County District Court.

Bobby Lee Batchelor Jr., 28, of 3095 Woodsdale Rd. was arrested by Roxboro police Friday on a misdemeanor charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Batchelor allegedly struck a male victim with a glass bottle in the parking lot of the ABC Store at 712 N. Madison Blvd. prior to his arrest.

Batchelor was jailed under a $2,500 secured bond. He is slated to appear in district court on Aug. 26.
