Roxboro police arrested Steven Grant Herbin, 29, of Mebane Wednesday evening following a traffic stop on North Main Street.

The vehicle driven by Herbin was stopped after police had reportedly received information from confidential informants of possible drug activity being conducted by Herbin.

During a search of Herbin’s vehicle, police reportedly discovered 43 grams of powder cocaine, 29.3 grams of crack cocaine and digital scales.

Herbin was charged with felony counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, trafficking in cocaine and maintaining a vehicle for the sale and delivery of cocaine.

Herbin was jailed under a $50,000 secured bond pending an appearance in Person County District Court.
